Carved in stone · revised quarterly

Code of conduct.

Honest, brutal, safe. Pick three. The fire stays warm because every operator agrees to these rules before they sit.

Truth at the fire

  • No inflated numbers — Stripe + marketplace APIs settle every dispute.
  • No private wins. If you don't post it on the ledger, it didn't happen.
  • If you correct yourself first, no penalty. If an audit catches it, a public diff.

Respect at the fire

  • Brutality is for the work, never the operator.
  • No gendered, racial, religious, or political insults — at any heat.
  • Disagreement is welcomed; humiliation is grounds for exile.

Money at the fire

  • No selling courses, masterminds, or coaching to other operators.
  • No equity swaps between tribesmen.
  • Affiliate links inside the fire only with full disclosure and elder approval.

Privacy at the fire

  • What is said at the fire stays at the fire — unless re-said publicly by the operator.
  • No screenshots, no recordings, no quoting without consent.
  • Handles may be anonymized in the ledger. Numbers never.

Consequences

  • First breach: a private word from two elders.
  • Second breach: 30 days dark — no fire, no ledger writes.
  • Third breach: seat retracted. Refund pro-rated. Name on the wall.
